WIN R10 000 – TIKTOK COMPETITION

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The promotion will run during the month of March & April 2022, up to and including midnight on the 30^th of April 2022.
2. Using only Tjhoko Paint products, film your transormation step by step in video form and upload to Tiktok. Follow and tag Tjhoko Paint  (@TJHOKOPAINT) and use the hashtags #tjhokopaint and #tjhokocreations
3. Only entries uploaded on TikTok will be considered. 
4. The promotion is subject to South African citizens only.
5. The prize cannot be transferred or redeemed for product..
6. The Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. The prize is 1 x R 10 000 one Ten Thousand Rand cash prize for the winner.
8. T’s and C’s apply Tjhoko has the right to re-porpose any videos entered into the competition on their social media platforms for marketing or informative purposes, full credit will be given.  Tjhoko Paint reserves the right to make use of all entered collateral for all and any internal or external marketing purposes. By entering into this competition participants give their approval on the use of all of their material to the organizers of the competition . 
9. The decision of the Judges over every instance shall be final and unchallengeable and in their absolute discretion they may declare void any entry/ vote or the competition itself should they consider that there are no entries reaching a required standard, whereupon they can award prizes or not as they think fit. Judges shall have the right, at their discretion, to change the rules of a competition while it is running if it appears to them that it would be equitable or appropriate to do so, including the extension of the closing date whereupon there will be an announcement of any such extension at the first reasonable opportunity.
