WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?

Orders with a value of less than R650 will have a courier charge of R100.  Orders over the value of R650 will be shipped free.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Delivery to main cities will take place between 5 and 7 working days, while regional/outlying areas usually take 7-10 working days. The delivery time-frame depends on the logistics and your delivery location. If you need your order urgently please call us after placing your order, as we will do everything in our power to assist.

WHAT ADDRESSES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We only ship orders to physical addresses ( No post boxes ). Please make sure that the address that you choose for delivery is accurately captured, and that there is someone present to receive the parcel on your behalf if you are not there. We recommend using your work address for deliveries.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item purchased from our website, we’re happy to assist with exchanges within 21 days of your original purchase date. Please see the conditions for exchanges below:

  • Eligibility: The item must be in its original, sealed packaging and include the original purchase invoice to qualify for an exchange. We cannot accept items that have been used, opened, or altered.
  • Process: Please return the item to our factory for inspection. Once we have inspected the item and confirmed that it meets the exchange criteria, we will process the exchange.
  • Courier Expenses: All courier costs for returning items and shipping exchanged goods are the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • How to Start an Exchange: To initiate an exchange, reach out to our orders department at info@tjhokopaint.co.zaor contact our support team at support@tjhokopaint.co.za. Include your order number, details of the item you want to exchange, and the reason for the exchange. Our team will assist you with the next steps.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a defective product, please let us know right away. Tjhoko Paint will cover the full transport costs for returning the defective item and delivering a replacement. If a replacement isn’t available, we will offer a full refund.
