Decoupage Tips and Tricks
For best results, always paint a light neutral colour on the item before applying your decoupage sheet. This creates the perfect backdrop to make the colours pop.
Apply the decoupage sheet using Tjhoko Paint's Clear Glaze for a smooth and secure finish.
Add additional coats of Clear Glaze for items that need water resistance or extra protection.
For kitchen cupboards or high-use surfaces, we recommend using our Floor Sealer as the second coat for added durability and a beautiful sheen finish.
